There's always a chance that, despite our best efforts, a coach-client match might not pan out. If this happens, don’t worry. You’re not stuck - we got you!

All coaching sessions are 60min, 1:1 video calls. Your coach will ask you what you want to get out of the session and then guide your conversation from there. The best way to prepare is to bring a specific, recent goal, challenge, question, decision, or topic to the table, so that you can dive right in. This can be personal, professional, or a mix.

Our coaches are highly-trained, certified professionals who have dozens of past clients and are dedicated full-time to their coaching practice.

The “gold standard” for coaching certification is through ICF, the International Coaching Federation. There are multiple certification levels (e.g. Associate, Professional, Masters) that each require hundreds of coaching hours. There are also many high-quality coach training programs, include CoActive, iPEC, New Ventures West, and Aletheia.

Both coaching and therapy explore your mindset, behaviors, and thought patterns, but they take 2 different approaches. Therapy is a licensed healthcare profession focused on alleviating mental illness or other significant emotional or relational challenges, typically through exploring your childhood and past.

Coaching tends to be more action and goal-oriented. It's more focused on the future, your performance, and closing the gap between your ideal self and where you are today. Coaching is also flexible, so you can work with a coach in any state (unlike therapy).
