  • You’ll be personally matched with your coach based on an extensive onboarding process and personal call with our founding team. Learn more about our matching process here.

  • All coaching sessions are 60min, 1:1 video calls. Your coach will ask you what you want to get out of the session and then guide your conversation from there. The best way to prepare is to bring a specific, recent goal, challenge, question, decision, or topic to the table, so that you can dive right in. This can be personal, professional, or a mix.

  • Our coaches are highly-trained, certified professionals who have dozens of past clients and are dedicated full-time to their coaching practice. Learn more about our coaches here.

    The “gold standard” for coaching certification is through ICF, the International Coaching Federation. There are multiple certification levels (e.g. Associate, Professional, Masters) that each require hundreds of coaching hours. There are also many high-quality coach training programs, include CoActive, iPEC, New Ventures West, and Aletheia.
