Each of your employees will be personally matched to work 1:1 with an executive leadership coach in recurring sessions, based on their level, skills, goals, and growth areas.

Our coaches are highly-trained, certified professionals who have dozens of past clients and are dedicated full-time to their coaching practice.
The “gold standard” for coaching certification is through ICF, the International Coaching Federation. There are multiple certification levels (e.g. Associate, Professional, Masters) that each require hundreds of coaching hours. There are also many high-quality coach training programs, include CoActive, iPEC, New Ventures West, and Aletheia.
